Course 1: Introduction to Data Management, From Collection to Analysis. This first in a three-part hands-on series of workshops will cover the basic aspects of data management, starting with planning your database, collecting, entering and cleaning the data. Other topics such as data types, missing data, finding duplicates, and descriptive statistics will be discussed. Both Excel and SPSS will be discussed with syntax files provided for Stata and SAS. This workshop is ideal for faculty, staff, and students with little or no experience working with data. Space is limited. For more information, click here.
